Red Carpet Watch: MTV Europe Music Awards 2009
Wow. We would say more about this, but “wow” seems to be the only fitting word for Leona Lewis’s MTV Europe Music Awards dress, no?
We think Leona definitely wins Most Eye-Catching Award of the night but here are some more outfits for the Fashion Police jurors to examine. Remember to tell us what you think!

Katy Perry’s outfit looks pretty good for once.

Leona minds me of a paper doll. It just doesn’t look like her dress is attached to her, you know? And Lil’ Kim isn’t so little anymore. Is that a tattoo on her breast?
I think Joss looks the best! She gets more sophisticated every year. Leona Lewis looks horrible, If she was pale and had dark hair.. Goth.
Leona’s dress seems very 1980s. Too excessive. Too much fabric.
Katy Perry looks pretty. I don’t understand her style, though. Half the time she is wearing something totally crazy like a leotard with fake fruit all over it, and the other half the time she looks sophisticated. It’s really weird. At least Lady Gaga is consistent with her insanity.
Juliette Lewis ALWAYS looks bad.
I’ve never heard of Pixie Lott, and I don’t like her overly-teased, overly-dyed hair, but I do like her shoes.
Joss Stone looks really nice.
Lil Kim looks trashy, like usual. That is clearly her intention.
God, Katy Perry’s dress is absolutely gorgeous. I think she has the prettiest dress from this entry. I also like Joss’ sinmplicity, because she doesn’t look plain boring.
But Leona and Lil’ Kim…just ugh. No words for them.
Katie looks great but only because of the group she’s with here. I don’t think it’s THAT wonderful in itself.
Joss Stone’s dress is lovely but I don’t think the shoes are the best with it.
The rest are just too much!

Leona’s dress is something I want to see only on a gothic singer or a Tim Burton character.
Love Katy’s but when she changed her dress, i didn’t like it that much.

i agree with everyone else, Katie Perry and Joss Stone win! Everyone else is just awful. And Jeez, Juliette Lewis, we get it that you are skinny and in a band, stop wearing crop tops and wear something classier that shows off your figure!

Wow, Katie cleans up lovely!
They ALL look like they forgot to get dressed. Joss is wrapped in a sheet, Pixie’s in a nightie, Lil Kim is only wearing knickers, Juliette forgot it was awards night, Kaite’s wearing her corset and slip combo, and did Leona forget to put her skirt on over all that tulle? I was thinking that ideas of appropriate dress were really varied, but now I see the underwear trend again!
Totally love Katie’s. Despise everything else.
