Hips Don’t Lie: Jodie leggings with voluminous hips

Looking a bit hippy

Looking a bit hippy

At long last, fashion designers and retailers seem to have cottoned on to the fact that droopy crotches just ain’t flattering.

So they’ve started to give their garments droopy hips, instead.

* headdesk *

This particular example comes from BooHoo.com, who describe the leggings as “animal print”. At least we can take comfort in the fact that they actually just look plain black, eh? Small mercies, readers: small mercies.

    Just ugly…who wants droopy pocket type things at you hips? It is just unattractive.

    I think the worst part is that they seem to need to be worn with just a t-shirt, and no pants, shorts, or skirt. Because they want everyone to see the lovely detail at the hips! lol.

    And animal print? I guess it’s a panther….lol.

    by animal print they must have meant skin lol…ie the skin of a baggy droopy elephant
    quite fitting that they’re sold by boohoo.com cause wearing them would seriously make me cry

    It’s so cruel of them to have skinned the Saggy Baggy Elephant to make leggings.

    You don’t understand. You can’t tell because of the camera angle but those are pockets leading to the ‘bags’. It’s for carrying change, your phone, text books, and your laptop.
