Whoa. It’s like a normal shoe suddenly developed one hell of an inferiority complex and decided to prop itself up by whatever means necessary, in order to become bigger and better than all the rest.
Well, it’s certainly bigger: the heel is 16cm (over 6″) and the platform 6.5cm (2.5″), but are these shoes better than regular shoes? You know, ones that don’t appear to be on stilts? Even as the seasoned heel wearers we are, we know we’d risk serious injury on these, but if you fancy seeing what the weather’s like up there, they’re £744 at Far Fetch.
I am a shoe girl…I would totally wear them.

Help – the daleks are coming!
At 5′9″, I would feel in danger of knocking myself silly on doorframes if I wore those.
These shoes almost look angry.
add jingles instead of the gold ball things and wear a big bow on your head and voila, instant xmas party!

Don’t get me wrong, as a short woman I adore platforms, but I feel like walking in these would be anything but sexy unless you are very used to dangerous stilettos. Seems like a lot to pay for the pleasure of broken ankles and a lifetime of humiliation when you fall off these in public.
I agree with Rock Hyrax on this one … the sole of that shoe makes me think immediately of a dalek – shape, studs and all.
Doctor Who fashion, coming soon to a label near you.

there ok.. until the platform comes into play…
Wow!
What formidable lady would wear these? They look like they’ve been designed to kick guys where it will hurt for the rest of their lives! A lady wearing these would be a real challenge and thus all the more sexier for it! No one wants a “please take care of me” shrinking violet these days. These epitomize the self assured and very “get ahead at any cost” women of today; – very zeitgeist!
