Fashion Fraud Squad: Christian Louboutin’s Pigalle pumps Vs Dune’s ‘Olson’

Would you all mind just talking amongst yourselves for a few minutes? We’re busy gazing at these shoes. Both of them. Sure, the Louboutins are shinier and sleeker, but the Dune versions are only £85, which is a big saving on the circa £400 you’d have paid for the Louboutins, if they were still in stock.
Of course, quite apart from anything else, these are a good example of Shoe Porn, which means we’re going to have to confiscate them. Poor us. It’s a hard knock life, sometimes.
You also probably don’t get the toe embossing on Louboutins. I think. Not as I have much of experience with £400 shoes…
Aleutie´s last blog ..Some people never learn…
I’m not sure it could count as a copy… the style of shoes looks pretty standard for me. While Louboutin’s are gorgoeus… I doubt his brand is the only one who can do that high shoes..
Romanticide´s last blog ..Me preguntó: ¿porque…
I wasn’t trying to claim it was a copy – it’s just a similar style. “Fraud Squad” is just the name of the column
Not a label junkie here at all, besides that, I don’t like the look of the red soles.
Meh, black stiletto’s. Been there, broken my ankle – hardly a case of fraud though.
As stated above – no one is saying it’s fraud, it’s just the name of the column. Clearly it needs a new name, if people are going to take it so seriously, though!
