We hate to think how heavy this necklace must be, but at least Kelly Osbourne will never be stuck for a fork or knife while she’s wearing it. Or a spoon. Or some safety pins. Or a spare button. Or… a toy soldier.

I love it! It’s quirky but really cute at the same time.
Not sure about her outfit though, the padded shoulders, big necklace, and high-waisted skirt seem to be a little too much! She should have worn a simpler outfit I think

Like Diandra, I like its quirkiness. The rest of the outfit is relatively demure, so a good backdrop for what is clearly a major statement piece and even a bit punk. Maybe Rock Hyrax and I had similar sources – several years ago I had a pair of earrings with miniature cutlery in black and gold… forks on one side, knives on the other. A conversation piece at the time, though I wouldn’t wear them now. KO’s necklace reminds me of them a bit and it suits her!

It’s not even that its too quirky or bizarre, I have no problem with cute & crazy jewellery, but it looks like…well..a big block of grey plastic..not cute..just hideous
I think if she had worn it without the shoulderpads it would have been better. That kind of necklace calls for a very simple outfit.

I think this is a pretty bad outfit all round, the necklace just looks like a hunk of grey plastic, her hair is horrible and greasy, saggy shoulder pads and the skirt looks like two different skirts sewn together with added pockets : /

the padded shoulders take away but at the same time clash with the necklace…

But the whole ensemble is kinda too much… Blue bag, shoulder pads, her hair, patch pockets, ruffled skirt – its all a bit too much happening….

I like the necklace, but I love big jewelry. I think it would look better with the outfit if her shirt didn’t have those shoulder pads. Too much going on too close to her neck. I don’t know what’s going on with her hair here.
