Alleged Perp: Anna Sui for Target tie top
Scene of Crime: Target, of course
Accused of: Getting just a little bit carried away with the ties, and ending up looking some weird kind of knitted bondage top. The tie around the neck is just the, er, perfect finishing touch, no?
Interesting… and I don’t mean that in a good way. Definitely not my cup of tea, and even if it was I’m pretty sure I’d never get myself into it properly – I have enough trouble with halternecks!

I’d stay it would be OK for layering if the top tie were left undone, but you just know people are going to wear it with nothing underneath (except for perhaps a dingy purple bra)…
i guess anna sui was inspired by the time her dog stole her favorite t shirt and had a snack and she couldn’t bear to part with it and decided to salvage it and use it as a new layering piece for the other t shirt he couldn’t reach…just saying
