These Marc Jacobs ankle boots were described as "elf dominatrix shoes" by the Shoeperwoman readers, and, disturbingly, that's an image we just can't get out of our minds now. Urgh.
Elvish or not, we just can't bring ourselves to love the turned-up toes on these, or, indeed, the $845 price tag. If you think you can, however – or if you actually DO have toes that particular shape – you can buy them at Saks.

U G L Y, U G L Y, U G L Y
No matter who designed it.
Waay too pricey but I like them in a dominatrix/goth biker sort of way. I’d never wear them; I’m too unpracticed in heels that high.
If they were inexpensive, I’d probably get them as a curiosity; they’re just the sort of shoes I can see going PERFECTLY with a costume, I just have no idea what costume that would be.
However, at that price tag, I can’t imagine buying something so peculiar looking unless they come with three wishes.
These shoes disturbingly remind me of ancient Chinese foot binding.

Those shoes are creepy. Save them for Halloween
If I were independantly wealthy, I’d have to buy a pair. I’d pull them out on days I was feeling down and have a good giggle. Maybe do the PeeWee Herman dance in them.
Halloween is definitely the time to pull these out of the closet.
Maybe a goth faerie look?
