Why is she a celebrity??? I only know her name because she routinely shows up on the worst dressed lists, and I’m sure that’s a deliberate move on her part. If she was dressed tastefully then no one would think twice about her.
Deliberately wear outrageously bad clothes (her little pirate number springs to mind – remember that?) and thus wind up in the papers = free publicity.
