What confuses me most is the cuff. It’s sort of like Victorian values in reverse. You can show EVERYTHING except that bit of leg.

I do live in place with veeery hot weather (almost infernal) the whole year, but the only place I think I can wear this and not look like crap, its in the beach, and I wont.

lol. I saw these here in Vancouver as well. Granted they were on an old lady… Not that older ladies have bad style, but I’m just saying, it wasn’t a young trendy hip model looking girl.
