Under Fashion Police Arrest: Topshop’s foil strappy jumpsuit

Toshop-foil-jumpsuit

As soon as this foil jumpsuit appeared on the Topshop website, the emails started to arrive, from people asking us to please, please for the love of God, just arrest it already!

The most recent email on the subject came from Fashion Police reader Rose, who wrote: "Will you please please please be so kind as to arrest this horror while I will start distributing brain bleach to the poor witnesses of this crime?"

Well, how could we possibly refuse a plea like that? Especially given that what we're dealing with here is an item of clothing which even emphasises the mannequin's lumpy bits.

Jump suit, consider yourself under arrest.

    Hey Rose & Lizzy,
When you’re done, could I have some bleach too? It’s one of those “now that I’ve seen this, I can’t unsee it ever again” moments.
Where did they get the idea that this would look good on anybody? It’s like some terrible lame love child of an orgy featuring “Logan’s Run”, “Earth Girls Are Easy” & every horrible disco movie every made.
    Please fashion police, save us!

  6. Amy says:

Thank god for brain bleach. There should be an “Ugly Fashion” filter, good god…

  7. Ash says:

This is not fashion. This is a monster.

  8. misha says:

its out of atock??!!! No offence, but anyone over a size 10 shouldnt wear this!

  9. Anna says:

… place in oven to bake at 482 degrees for 7 hours or until a nicely burnt cinder. Never to be seen again.

  10. sue says:

    Hi Everyone,
I actually purchased one of these jumpsuits. They sold this gold one and a purple one, which I also purchased.
They are pretty similar material to those liquid/ shiny leggings so I just wear the jumpsuit with a nice top. They are good when you need to jazz things up and add some extra needed colour to the occasion.
I won’t wear the jumpsuit on it’s own, but it’s great with some niuce top or long vest on top. Cant falter it really!!
