This looks downright uncomfortable, like a bundle of twigs. I say remove the fringe from the handles, but keep it on the body of the bag to stay on-trend.

Why did they do that? There was no reason to take a joke that far.

The fringe, in and of itself isn't criminal. Not quite.
The fringe plastered all over the handles is what makes the crime. Can you imagine how uncomfortable and lumpy it must be to try to hold that thing by the straps?

I hate fringe. When I was little we had a pine trees in our yard and whenever I ran into one on my bike by accident it was painful. This bag reminds me of those trees. No thanks.

I love fringe, but this is crazy stuff. Fringe on the bag part only would be fine, thank you. I don't need my fingers getting lost in a huge knot of leather.

I like that Galliano was clearly inspired by the Swiss Family Robinson's tropical tree house... Perhaps this design is meant to appeal to the survivalist in all of us. Wear with leopard print for an authentic jungle experience!

hah, great description. Yeah, I don't like fringe on just about anything, unless it's shiny, gossamer, soft and flowy...in other words...it doesn't look like fringe at all but rather a liquid-esque fabric.
But this kinda thing, the cowboy vest/chaps/leathery fringe. yuck. I don't like fringe on pillows, curtains..I don't like tassles because they look like fringe. I have a real thing against fringe.
