Handbag of the Week: ASOS Hexagonal Spot Handheld Bag

Asos hexagonal bag Handbag of the Week: ASOS Hexagonal Spot Handheld BagWe weren't sure about this one at first. It's far too small to be of much practical use, of course, but it should comfortably hold your cash, keys, phone and maybe some bits and pieces of makeup, and if you're off out for the evening, say, what more could you possibly need?

The unusual design, plus the combination of black, red and polka dots, also gives this bag a nice, summery feel, which could make it a nice accessory for a summer wedding, or other outdoor event.

It's £22 and you can buy it at ASOS.

Celebrity Style on Trial: Fergie’s cut-out mini dress at The Late Show with David Letterman

Spl105169 007[1] Celebrity Style on Trial: Fergies cut out mini dress at The Late Show with David Letterman

As you know, The Fashion Police generally aren't keen on clothes that look like something's just taken a giant bite out of them, because they tend to look to us like they're that way by accident rather than design. Plus, the potential for flesh sagging out of the holes is just too great.

With that said, we actually think Fergie is totally rocking this mini dress, worn to the Late Show this week. What do you think? (One more under the jump…)

Eugenia Kim Skinny Black Patent Leather Cat Ear Headband: for when you’re bored with bows

Cat headband Eugenia Kim Skinny Black Patent Leather Cat Ear Headband: for when youre bored with bows

Blair Waldorf and the mean girls may have helped bring back the bow headband last year (and how!) but if you're looking for something a little different – and that will make you resemble a cat, perhaps – how about Eugenia Kim's cat-ears Alice band?

If the ears don't put you off, the price maybe will – this are £89 ($144) at Bunny Hug, which isn't' exactly what you'd call a bargain, but would you wear it?

Kristin Cavallari wears the ripped “stripper” dress to the Wizard of Oz Opening Night Gala

Spl105818 028[3] Kristin Cavallari wears the ripped stripper dress to the Wizard of Oz Opening Night Gala

The Dorothys are thinking they’re definitely not in Kansas any more…

The consensus on this dress when Heather Graham wore it earlier this week was that it looked more like a stripper dress than something belonging on the red carpet, but that didn’t stop Kristin Cavallari wearing it too. Kristen wore her dress to a Wizard of Oz Opening Night Gala at the Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising (FIDM) in Los Angeles.

To us, this dress still looks like something you’d buy at Great Glam. Maybe that look is in fashion, now?

Spotted! Victoria Beckham in see-through top and seriously high heels

Spl104728 002[1] Spotted! Victoria Beckham in see through top and seriously high heels

It's all been suspiciously quite on the Victoria Beckham fashion-front recently, so we were almost relived today to spot Mrs Beckham looking as dressed-up as ever as she left her hotel in London. It's not like Victoria to repeat an outfit, but we're sure we've seen her in this skirt before: this time, though, she paired it with a sheer black top (and white bra – have we taught her nothing?!), plus these rather amazing black patent heels.

We like it, but what do you think?
