for me it would depend if the skirt part actually appears to be a skirt…if you can’t pull the skirt part up to expose the legging part then it really is just like dropped crotch pants…except the bits stretching between the thighs would be flaps instead of a joined crotch…so only a “maybe” from me

Ditto re the tightness of the skirt. And I don’t think sticking clothes together is in principle a good measure to take against fashion crimes – or the world would be filled with Stella McCartney style jump suits just to avoid Lady Gaga-esque jacket + underwear combinations.

I am a bit doubtful though. the idea of a longer top is to hide your ass, I don’t see the point of adding a tight mini on the leggings (for me at least )
