		<description>Those are SO dumb, and SO far out there, that I kind of almost adore them.  Not in an &quot;I&#039;d wear those&quot; sorta way, but in an &quot;How...interesting.&quot; sorta way.  Must be my affection for period costuming.
(BTW, serving their intended purpose, I could actually see the appeal of these - they&#039;d keep your legs cooler than regular bloomers, but still serve the essential undergarment functions.)
