Like, they know what they make is hideous, but ultimately, does that really matter? It reminds me of when I was in marching band, coming home on the school bus at 2 in the morning or worse LEAVING for a competition at 6 in the morning. Everyone would be doing whatever they had to to keep warm and cozy. Coffee, sweatshirts, fuzzy slippers, messy ponytails...no one was concerned about style, and actually if you WERE concerned about it, you were shut out for being pretentious.
