Topshop suggest these fluorescent, animal print running shorts would be "perfect for the gym".
All we can say to that is that we're glad we don't go to the same gym as Topshop, because these are in clear contravention of Point 2 of The Fashion Police Law on Animal Print:
"Animal print should only ever appear in colours you'd see on animals".
As far as we're aware, there are no fluorescent leopards, so these shorts have definitely fallen foul of that rule, and as such, we're sorry, but they're booked. If you want to get them out of the jail, you can buy them here: bail is set at £12.
(Rule One of the The Fashion Police Law on Animal Print, by the way: "Use it sparingly. Sparingly.")

Our readers are continuing to take over the Dress of the Day section of the site this week. Today’s dress was nominated by Jeanne. It’s Karen Millen’s garden print stretch dress, and it’s £140.
Jeanne says: “I think it’s a great contemporary way to wear florals and the cut and fabric of the dress mean it’s ridiculously flattering on.”

If fashion criminals ran bordellos, this is what the, er, ladies, would wear.
Or at lest, they would – if The Fashion Police hadn't seized these trousers and thrown them into the Fashion Police jail, where they're doomed to remain for a very long time.

Yes, we know, it's another Lady Gaga post. We're sorry. She appears to be doing her level best to turn teacups into fashion accessories at the moment, though, and although some of you touched on this in the comments on our last Gaga post, we still feel the question needs to be asked: what the hell?!
Sorry, no, that wasn't what we meant to ask at all. What we meant to say was, what does everyone think of Lady Gaga's teacup? It's hard for us to honestly describe an innocent teacup as a "crime of fashion", you see, but at the same time, we're kinda hoping it doesn't catch on, as much fun as that would be to see everyone walking around with on.
Of course, this is Lady Gaga we're talking about, and even although she's only been on our radar for a short period of time, this is exactly the kind of thing we've come to expect from her, and the carefully controlled character she's created for herself. What do you think, though? Will carrying a teacup around become the next big trend? Couldn't really be worse than harem pants, after all…

Given the tiny window of opportunity in which we're actually able to wear bikinis, you'd think we'd have managed to get over our obsession with them by now, but apparently not, because this week sees us cooing over this adorable little yellow number by Betsey Johnson.
It's available at Macy's, but Urban Outfitters also have a tankini version which we'd imagine may be a little too much like lingerie for some of you – take a look for yourself under the jump!

Actually, we exaggerate (which, we know, isn’t like is AT ALL). It’s only the fascinator on the left of the picture above which is £650. The other one (which is a “bow headpiece”) is a mere £250.
