“Ooh, makeover!” Jennifer Aniston at the UK premiere of ‘Marley & Me’

Spl83910_007[2]

Sometimes when we look at Jennifer Aniston, we find ourselves coming over all Cher-from-Clueless. And don't get us wrong: Jen's gorgeous. She really is. And she has this casual/classic laid-back kinda thing going on that mostly works for her. But she's just so adorably clueless, isn't she? And, like Cher herself, sometimes when we see her step onto the red carpet we just want to whisk her away and dress her up in something that would really show Angelina who's boss flatter her and make everyone go "wow, Brad must be kicking himself now, no?"

So, while she's clearly very far from being a fashion criminal, we'd still get rid of this nonentity of a dress. We'd get rid of the boxy black jacket. We'd let her keep the hair and makeup, because it's very "Jen", and it suits her, but we'd put her in something with a bit more of a "wow" factor. We're just not sure what.

What about you, readers: how would you dress Jen, or do you think she's just fine as she is here?

How about taking a couple of feet off the bottom of that dress and replacing the jacket with one that is tailored and matches the (now) mini-dress?

  2. Kelly says:

She bores me to tears. I’m fine with people having a laid-back style, and I’m fine with people having a signature style, but I just feel like banging my head against the wall whenever I see her.

  3. xony says:

what happened with her right foot!?!?!?!?!
    foot snatchin carpet??? D:

  4. Holly says:

I wouldn’t even let her keep the hair and makeup. She needs to take some major style notes from Kate Hudson and stop dressing as though it’s 1992.

  5. kevie says:

C’mon, 1992 was a good year for Jen. I’ve never understood her appeal, and she is no way a fashion icon. Meh hair and makeup, too.

  6. Beazzle says:

Sorry are we looking at the same woman??
She IS not gorgeous or even pretty. *yawn*

  7. CoutureCoco says:

I think this dress is one of worst I’ve ever seen her in. It doesn’t even fit properly, looks like it’s made of nylon and cheap like the ‘designer’ didn’t use enough fabric in it! Don’t get me started on the jacket.
    What was she thinking?
Agree with making it a mini – a micro min at that as she does have FAB legs.
The other dress – floral, sleeveless with a self tie belt she wore earlier was clueless too???

I think she’d look gorgeous in that dress Gweneth Paltrow wore at the Iron Man premiere!! The lovely black structured one :)
