We're kicking off our coverage of the 2009 Oscars with the woman of the evening: Best Actress Kate Winslet, who rounded off an impeccably dressed awards season in a blue, one-shouldered Yves Saint Laurent gown with floral embroidery on one side. She looks amazing.. and I’m so glad she won!
The hair was dreadful though, it looked like a dead stoat had been balanced on top of her head. The frock was nice, but very middle aged. Glad she won though, love her.
Ohhh, I LOVED her hair, though yes, it looked like it was glued into position, but she looked regal and she NEVER had to worry about her hair becoming unruly. For the Oscars, pull out all the stops.
A bit boring, though the color is very pretty.
