Mischa Barton gets dressed up for the Gala Sidaction, Paris

Spl76834 013[1] Mischa Barton gets dressed up for the Gala Sidaction, Paris

We showed you a very dressed-down Mischa Barton earlier this week, so here’s the actress looking much more dressed up at the Gala Sidaction in Paris last night.

The Fashion Police like to give credit where it’s due, so let us just say that while it’s not quite Gold Star-worthy, we think Mischa’s pulling this dress off rather well, especially given some of her past form. Your thoughts?

  1. Even though I wouldn’t wear it myself (looks like the bodice is half ripped off) I love the hemline and Mischa does make it work.

  2. When it comes to Mischa any good outfit is a rarity, so I applaud her for this. She looks kinda, I don’t know, fae-like but it sorta works.

  3. so she looked like a pimp circa 1978 in the day, and a miss america 1973 contestant in the evening…she is so totally 20 going on 40…a brush, some facial cleanser, and some clothes that look like they were created in the new millenium would help this girl a lot

  4. she needs to hire a new makeup artist, her eyeliner is always sliding down her face. looks terrible. maybe she should just quit it with the eyeliner altogether. yech.

  5. I don’t know how she does it, but it always looks like her dress is just about to slide down her chest and expose her boobs – well, if she had any. But in that case the dress would stay up.
Maybe she should finally start wearing clothes her size…

  6. If you just cut off the shoulder-sash-thing and pulled it up a bit, maybe sorted out the facial shinee going on I’d say she looked alright (Y)

  7. I do love it – on her. I don’t think this would even work on a catwalk model, but she wears it very well.
(Pssst: your link to her dressed-down look doesn’t work. The code shows it’s just a hyperlinked, defunct version of the last for words of the title.)

  8. I don’t know, I have always loved Mischa, despite what she’s worn. She’s one of the few I just have a soft spot for, and can turn a blind eye to crimes.
