I like both but I would definitely go for the hips. The drop crotch arent the best drop croth out there haha

Hips! At least they’re edgy and stylized, and don’t look like some crazy wardrobe malfunction. Baggy-crotch pants kind of look like an extreme case of what happens when you hang certain sweaters in your closet; stretching, sagging, etc. At least, those do..

if i was stuck for something to wear and i had 2 choices. . . . id choose the drop crotch and cut a head hole between the legs and wear it as a dress. haha

haha um if you wore a long running hoodie and rolled your harem pants up alot it might look like really bagging shorts ? Idk, the hip things are really horrible.

i definately would go with hips, at least its a bit more womanly. it IS a tough decision though. :S
