Speaking of children, it should be noted that this was actually a children’s charity event in England that she was attending…in front of a room full of children!
Call me cynical, but maybe she deliberately wore a thong with the dress in order to attention through this sort of picture…
To give her the benefit of the doubt, a lot of fabrics that seem perfectly fine in your home are alarmingly sheer when under the glare of photographer’s flashes.
Unfortunately, the more I look at the photo the less it seems like one of those times.
