Coat Corner: Green military style coat from River Island
The Chief of Police has been searching for months now for a green coat, so it figures that as soon as she gives up the search and buys a blue one instead, River Island would bring out this one.
Of course, this is really turquoise rather than green, but that’s small comfort as the colour is gorgeous, and such a refreshing change from all of the dull winter colours we tend to see around at this time of year.

This may or may not be helpful, but there’s a truly lovely teal green wool coat in H&M at the moment which costs £50 full price, but was on sale for £25 when last I saw it.
