Coat Corner: Pique wool blend coat from Old Navy

old navy coat Coat Corner: Pique wool blend coat from Old Navy

It’s super-cute, it’s available in three gorgeous colours (plus basic black), and it’s just been reduced to $69.50. All we can say is that we’re actually pretty glad Old Navy don’t offer international shipping, or all three of the colours shown above would probably be winging their way to Fashion Police HQ right now. Well, we could use them for our winter uniforms, no?

If you’re luckier than us and don’t live in the Land That Old Navy Forgot, you can buy one of these here. Good luck deciding which colour to go for…

  1. What do those little flared coats (with no waist) go with though? Whenever I’ve pulled one from the rail thinking, “oh, that’s quite cute,” it’s looked horrible on me. Or is that just me? ;-}

  2. I just bought this in black last night, it has a navy blue satin liner, I absolutely love it! I wanted to get the purple one, but it was more pink in person.

  3. I just bought it in black yesterday as well and it’s REALLY CUTE! But I have no idea what to wear it with! I wear the coat mostly to work, so usually with wide leg pants, but I find it looks odd with pencil skirts. Any suggestions?

  4. Thank you, Rock and Kelly! I can not pull off that look either, no matter how I try… and there is a lot of them out there right now…

  5. I have an update: Today, a (tall, slim) friend of mine wore a little flared coat over a long loose-knitted thick cardigan and jeans, and the combination worked. Watch this space to see if it also looks good on someone not so tall and somewhat wider…

  6. I have this coat in green, and I can’t tell you how many times I get compliments on it! I also wear it a lot with both sets of buttons done up and the collar popped – it’s honestly one of the best buys I have ever made! :)
