Fashion Police Gold Star for… Kelly Osbourne at the Shaun White Snowboarding Video Game launch party

Spl59185_0121

Kelly Osbourne has come a long way in fashion terms over the years, and while some might describe this dress as “a tad boring”, we’re going to go with, “simple, chic, and looks fantastic on her”. The fabric is actually covered in lots of tiny little hearts, and we think the cinched-in waist is flattering, while the puffy sleeves are… well, we just like puffy sleeves, what can we say? We can’t help it.

Gold star for Kelly, in any case. Unless, of course, you disagree?

I think it’s cute! The fact that it’s heart-print keeps it from being boring.

A very cute dress thst deserves more than the severe hairstyle – this is one case where a soft look would have matched the dress.

  12. Sarah says:

I would have like a red peep toe heel (or somesuch) and maybe a few wispy curls framing the face. Otherwise, this is so cute and flatters her very well.
