As far as the wearing of see-through dresses goes, this is only a minor offense. Indeed, at first glance, you may not even notice the fact that Heidi Klum here is wearing what appears to be a see-through skirt with a pair of giant knickers underneath.
Once you do notice it, though, it becomes pretty much all you can see, doesn't it?

Still a wardrobe malfunction, even on Heidi Klum – anything that looks like a sheer skirt worn over a pair of giant knickers… well, it doesn’t matter what woman wears it.
Honestly, I’ve seen worse. It’s not too revealing, and at least I didn’t notice it right away. Yeah, it’s technically breaking rules, but you know there have been much worse lol.
It’s a toss up for me as to which is worse: the dress or the shoes. The skirt’s okay, but I wouldn’t wear it with giant undies like that. the haltertop part of this dress is just… flat (and makes hr chest look flatter than her tummy which CAN’T be a fashion bonus). The shoes look like Payless. I prolly woulda saved this one for the beach
