Budget Buy of the Week: Floral shadow satin skirt from Forever 21
Would you have guessed this skirt came from Forever 21 if the name hadn’t been in the title? We don’t think we would have, and while it may be a different matter altogether if we were to see it in person, for now we’re just going to content ourselves by imagining it’s every bit as nice in real life as it is in the picture. We’d wear it with a simple black fitted top and pumps – if you have an outfit in mind for it too, you can buy it for $22.80 at Forever 21.

Yes, very shocking that it’s Forever 21! I love it, though, and am thoroughly coveting in.
That skirt is lovely. But the few times I’ve been in Forever 21 since high school, I am always disappointed by the quality of their clothing, especially the falling/fraying hems.
