I second that EWWW! It looks like some lady tried to squeeze into her 7 year old’s Mary Kate and Ashley brand bell bottoms. Not a good look

Um…these are bell bottoms…seriously. I’m not sure who started the “trend” of calling bell bottoms “flares”, but really, you’re not fooling anybody, they’re bell bottoms…horrible, horrible looking BELL BOTTOMS. o_O

Those are atrocious. I remember in high school when people would make fun of too-short trousers and name them ‘ankle-danglers’ (or ‘danglies’). Thankfully all my trousers fit me, but there was some air of shame involved with wearing said ankle-danglers. I’m pretty sure none of us want to relive those days. Unless they’re somewhat deranged.
