Winner of the Ugliest Piece of Outerwear Ever contest? Or the Most Unnecessary Use of Real Fur? Or just the Most Outrageously Priced Ugly Item, at £2,190?
We think Louise Goldin’s fox trim jacket could easily stand accused of all of these crimes, but commenting on them all individually be a little like shooting fish in a barrel, so instead, all we’re going to say is: THE HELL? Who buys this kind of thing? Is it you? Explain it to us, we’re begging you…

That is hideous. If I was a fox I would be so dissapointed that I died to make that jacket.
I can’t believe foxes died to make that. What a shameful final resting place! That’s actually made me quite sad.
Jesus, Mary and Joseph, I can’t believe that’s real fur attached to a cleaning cloth! As Mousy said, what a shameful final resting place! SHAME, shame on you Louis Goldin!
And I agree: Who buys this kind of thing?
I find it highly depressing when animals die to create monstrosities like this.
the hell?!?!? agreed: frightening. this is the kind of thing that’s going to give me nightmares…
It’s only okey if you’re in the skow, like skiing. Perhaps it will even scare a bear.
Yuch! although, as an ozzie, anything that gets foxes off the planet sound pretty good – though these were probably bred. great just what we nedd more foxes.
