Victoria Beckham spotted in Antonio Berardi heel-less boots

victoriabeckham boots Victoria Beckham spotted in Antonio Berardi heel less bootsWe already knew Victoria Beckham was a fan of Antonio Nerardi’s heel-free shoes, but here she is actually wearing them, and getting more attention for her choice of footwear than for the fragrance she was launching at the time.

Victoria wore the thigh-high PVC numbers to the launch of The Beckhams’ ‘Signature’ fragrance in New York, pairing them with a thigh-skimming short grey dress. She appears to be managing to balance in them pretty well, although, of course, she’s had plenty of practice walking in heels. What do you think of this look, though? Hit or miss?

  1. I think she looks great..I actually really like this look..but I don’t think I could walk in those heels/no heels boots..even though I have my fair share of practice in normal heels..

  2. Sure she looks okay. Although for all the drama of it, she just looks very typical VickyB. I didn’t even realize the shoes were heeless until I looked at them the 3rd or 4th time.

  3. I really like Victoria’s dress. I would wear it with black shoes (with heels) and black opaque tights. In my opinion the PVC/no heel combination looks too fake…like something you’d see in an X-Men movie. I also think David’s suit is horrible. It would look a lot better without the pinstripes.

  4. The shoes are awful and the dress is too short. In my opinion, she dresses very badly most of the time anyway so this catastrophe comes as little suprise.

  5. I think the dress looks great on her, and the neckline of the dress is very interesting. But those boots–no. Her tootsies must have been aching after she took those off at the end of the day.

  6. I wouldnt do it, how did she get them on, vasoline? Even more important, how did she get them off?! I would be fustrated and so tired I wouldnt have even shown up. I wonder how trying them on was? I can only imagine “After a hour and a half of trying on Antonio Berardi boots I decided it waas the way to go, I only have to find a babysitter for the three hours it will take me to dress up for my launch.” LMAO

  7. Im sorry but looking back over the pictures it looks like those thigh-high PVC numbers had another shoe slipped over the stocking part of them. I thin Antionio should have thought about them a little more. maybe not make it look like a two piece shoe. Have you heard about the new material out that looks like skin…. I think that would have been a better look for this shoe. Its kinda stupid the way it bunches around the ankle. Forget paying that kind of price for a sears looking shoe.

  8. I think the combination of the thigh-high PVC boot with the grey preppie miniskirt is, I’m just going to say it, genius! It looks like she has PVC legs and I love it!
As for the heellessness (that’s a weird looking word), I don’t know. I’m not sold. It looks like wearable art or a joke, but not like real footwear.

  9. wow… i didn’t even look at david.. he looks like a salesman… I like the idea, and I’m impressed that she can walk in them but thigh high PVC is sooo very very very wrong

  10. I think that it’s an interesting combination. I actually thought that they were tights, not boots, but that doesn’t surprise me at the least. Only Posh could pull this off and not look ridiculous, although I don’t particularly care for the neckline of the dress.

  11. I’m envisioning Tiny Tim wearing these while warbling “Tiptoe Through the Tulips” – or a nightmare version of “Swan Lake” for ballerinas who never go en pointe!

  14. I think Posh looks stunning in those boots. Apparently they are latex, and not PVC. Posh is always pushing the boundaries of fashion, and always pulls it off brilliantly. The only thing I haven’t seen her wearing is ballet heels. I’m sure she would look great in those too.

  15. It’s such an impractical look, but I can’t say that it looks bad. I mean, it certainly suits her style, and it isn’t hideous or anything.

  16. the boots just look stupid and cheap. The dress is OK, it’s what I expect from VB anyway and the neckline is very nice. VB’s style is very predictable.

  17. OH MY GOD! THOSE ARE THE SEXIEST BOOTS EVER…AND ON THE SEXIEST GIRL IN THE WORLD EVER…HE’S SUCH A LUCKY GUY. HE GETS TO LICK THOSE BOOTS ALL THE WAY UP HER GORGEOUS LEGS…

  18. God, the amount of talcum powder she would have needed…
Did anyone see these shoes featured on saturday morning kids show tmi?
I dont think fetish wear is really that appropriate for 10 year olds… :S
