No way would I spend this kind of money on any shoe, but if I found them in my price range I would definitely have a pair!

I am a 55 year old granny, and so-o not goth. I just thought they were very interesting... Of course, I'd only wear them with something rather simple as they're pretty statement on their own. Maybe a little black dress?

I actually like them too. It's in a similar pattern to these, and it has all the things I love in a coat...nipped in waist, well-cut sleeves and shoulders, and a warm, cuddly lining.
These shooties, however...UGH. They do evoke the "goth punk" aesthetic to me...not one I favor.

I have a tartan peacoat that I ADORE. It's a shame, though, because I do like a splash of tartan here and there in the fall. On a scarf, a winter jacket, even a little jumper dress is cute. Reminds me of a new school year, which I used to love.

Around here, only the goth kids sport tartan. I can't see a single thing that's updated or fresh. Not hot, definitely not hot. And just to note, I don't mind tartan at all, but keep the pattern off my shoes!

ahahaha, ricki, i was thinking the same thing.
