Bleh.
I’ve said this alot of times before but I really don’t like clunky shoes like that, they’re so unflattering to your feet! Plus they look really uncomfortable.
I guess it depends on the shoe, but i’m definitely not a fan of the ones shown here!

It’s a hate for me.
they make your feet look weird and they are almost certainly a bad design . They’re unflattering and if they come back i certainly will not be wearing them.

While these are a little TOO square, on the whole, I prefer square-toed shoes. I do not have elf toes. Pointy shoes pinch and they make my feet look like cross-country skis. Or perhaps this is just because I am a witch.

I hate both really pointy shoes and really square shoes. Square toes are witch shoes, pointy toes are b*tch shoes. Seriously, I associate pointy shoes with my former boss, who was a real piece of work and liked to tap her pointy-toed feet at me while screaming at me for not stapling things fast enough or whatever.

I thought I was the only one who found the witches’ feet scary!
I agree with Cadi, I quite like the pointe-shoe look of the flats (ex-ballet girl here) but the heels are awful.

I like square-toed shoes in general – but not these ones.
The square ones actually leave more room for the toes, as opposed to shoes that get really thin in the end and kill my feet, litterally.

I was terrified of The Witches when I was younger too!
The ballet flats are passable but the heels look really painful!

Ooo, I do remember The Witches! The movie that was made only cemented my horror of that book, but I think it was the bald heads when they whipped off their wigs that did me in.
Unfortunately, my size 6 feet look nothing but stubby in square toed shoes. I do like the look of them in loafers.
