Dress of the Day: Roland Mouret Montparnasse dress

You know how Victoria Beckham apparently just orders every single item in each of Roland Mouret’s new collections? We can’t say we blame her. This Montparnasse dress may not look like much in the picture, but Roland Mouret’s tailoring is legendary, and you can bet it’ll look fabulous on.

We love the slight 40s feel to the shape, while the lemon colour is a refreshing change from black, and works well for the summer that’s almost over.

What we don’t like? The price. This will cost you £1,210 at Browns. Which goes a long way to explaining why Victoria Beckham can afford the entire collection and we … can’t.
