We know high street retailers often like to take "inspiration" from the designers, but this seems to be a case of the high street taking inspiration from itself, as Dorothy Perkins (left) and Oasis (right) produce these very similar looking satin bow tops. The price isn’t quite so similar – Oasis are charging £45 and Dotty’s just £25, and the Dorothy Perkins top also comes in green and purple.
Personally, we think we’d like these tops better if they came with just a few less bows (yes, you did read that correctly), but what do you think? Which one would you buy, if either?
The dotty P one – if I was to buy any. Its not just the price either – the colour would suit me better
and I prefer the arrangement of the bows.
I love bows, but wouldnt wear a collar of them.

The DP one is nicer as the bows don’t stick out of it. Plus it’s cheaper and it might come in a Tall size meaning I could wear it.
The blue one; the bows are more subtle..and I hate fuschia anyway.
They’re both a bit too twee for me.
I wouldn’t wear them.
I’d wear the DP one for the following reasons:
1)I prefer the color
2)The bows aren’t so obvious
3)The price, of course
