Today’s DOTD is one of those dresses that looks better on than it does in the picture – in fact, it even looks better on the mannequin, although given that the mannequin in question seems to have a waist like a Barbie doll, that may not tell us much about what it would look like on an actual human being.
As it happens, though, we think it would look pretty good. The draped bodice is designed to help create the illusion of that Barbie doll waist, even if you don’t have one, and the flower adds a touch of drama, without being quite as OTT as this picture may suggest.
The same can’t be said for the price tag, unfortunately, which is rather OTT at £645, but if the money is no object, you can buy this at Browns.
