I don't think it'll make a difference in how they hold together or anything, but I think it looks so sloppy and ugly! It looks like someone painted lines on the jeans with that puff-paint stuff for t-shirts!

I’ve heard of this being done before, or maybe it was heat-welding, or something like that.<br

As I said, I think I'd need to see them in person to see how much of a difference the glue actually makes. Interesting idea, though.

I’m still not sure about these. That said, I'm SO dropping by this week. Living practically next to their atelier.

Looks like they’re more of an art project than commercially viable, at this point. They look fine, but without a major advantage over the traditional thread (as Sian said - cheaper or more eco-friendly), I don't really see how they plan to conquer the market.

I’m not sure… They look fine, but without a major advantage over the traditional thread (as Sian said – cheaper or more eco-friendly), I don’t really see how they plan to conquer the market.

By: Danielle

<guid

I give kudos to any brand who tries to think outside the box and give the public something fresh.

I really think it’s cool, but I probably won’t be sporting this look. I do know a few people who would though..<br
