Best Dressed of the Day: Claire Danes, Gabrielle Union, Anne Hathaway or Selma Blair?

It’s been a while since we did one of these, so once again, this is more of a "dressed best of the past few days" than a Best Dressed of today… With that said, your choices are:
Claire Danes in a rather spectcular metallic dress at the Gucci show in Rome.
Gabrielle Union matching green and purple at the ‘Meet Dave’ premiere in LA.
Anne Hathaway in a short black Jasmine Di Milo dress.
or Selma Blair at TRL, in a black jumpsuit you’ll either love or hate.

Gabrielle Union is the best dressed. I love that colour on her – it looks great. And purple and green is a fantastic colour combo.
Claire Danes also looks great – I’m just not 100% sure about the neckline on her dress. But Very very pretty shoes!
Anne Hathaway – WTF those shoulder pads are going to take over the world in you’re not careful. As for the hemline…
Selma Blair – again WTF? Hideous. that’s all I can say!
Normally, I wouldn’t have gone for the jumpsuit. In fact, I despise jumpsuits. But this one kinda looks like a cool kimono-type mini dress, and the gal’s got gams to rock it.
As for the others, blah, and Claire Danes needs to stop accentuating her broad swimmer’s shoulders.
I can’t wait for jumpsuits to fall out of fashion. They’re so hideous.
Claire Danes is okay, but she can’t match the amazing purple gown.
Selma Blair wins, she stunning in that little jumpsuit. The shoes are pretty spectacular as well.
For once I’m going against the trend – I think Anne Hathaway’s LBD is stunning! She’s a bit on the skinny side at the moment, but I love the quirky details at the shoulders and hem. Claire Danes looks lovely, but nothing new, while Gabrielle Union’s colour combining makes an otherwise dull dress a bit more interesting. But Selma Blair’s jumpsuit is horrendous!
Gabrielle really stands out and looks gorgeous. Anne’s dress would be a lot more attractive if it had a longer/fuller skirt to balance out those shoulders.
I love Anne Hathaway, but in this number she looks like she stole Arnold Schwarzeneggers shoulders. For Selma, um… no. Gabrielle looks great and Claire looks like a fairy, you gotta love it!

Claire Danes needs to eat a sandwich. That dress needs more boobs and less sternum, too. Ugh.
Selma and Anne both are doing that nasty 1984 power-shoulders thing. No thanks.

I want to say Selma. I really do. I just love her. She has a one eyed puppy named Wink for crying out loud!
But nope. Gabrielle. I’m a whore for pretty colors.

Claire Danes’ dress would look amazing if it was on the body of a woman and not a skeleton!
So Gabrielle Union wins it for me in the stunning purple.
It always interests me that when we post photos of overweight people, there are no derrogatory comments about them, but it’s apparently seen as OK to call thin people “skeltons” or say they “need to eat a sandwich”. Such a strange double standard.
I think Selma looks stunning. Normally, I would never have chosen a jumpsuit, but she just looks glamourous and I really like her hair and shoes. Anne’s dress would have been prettier had it not been for those enormous shoulders…Claire’s dress is nice too, but it’s a little too shiny for my taste. Finally, I have to say that, in my opinion, Gabrielle is the worst dressed. The colour is pretty, but I wouldn’t be seen dead in a floor-length, long-sleeved purple dress…
I think if someone is their natural weight for their frame then I think they tend to look great (thin, curvy, larger, boyish, whatever). But when they are substantially under or over that ideal weight for them then I think it really makes a difference. I remember Claire Danes of old when she looked much better. Her chest is too skeletal for me but I’m sorry if I offended anyone.
I think Claire Danes looks great but yes, the dress needs more meat. Gabrielle Union´s dress is kinda boring but the colour and accesorizing made it interesting… and the other two girls, hideous.
