You know how we feel about novelty socks. To say that we don’t like them would be like saying that Comme des Garcons‘ clothes are sometimes a little bit unusual, so we’re not going to repeat ourselves on just why we have no love for the novelty sock.
We have a sneaking suspicion, however, that some of you may just think these ballet shoe socks, which are $6.50 at Joy of Socks (Hee!) are "cute", so we’re going to reserve judgment until we’ve put them up on trial and found out what you all have to say about them.
Did you always dream of being a ballerina when you were a little girl? Will these socks help make that dream come true, or do you prefer socks to be socks and shoes to be shoes, with no room for compromise?

I’ve seen these for babies and toddlers. They’re prefect for that age group. I would wear these though, but not in public. They look like good rainy Sunday type socks, when you don’t feel like leaving your couch.
don’t you mean “like saying that Comme des Garcons’ clothes are sometimes a little bit UNusual”
I’d be more worried about shoes with a sock print than socks with a shoe print. These would be alright for a cutsie day
Oh no, the Typo Police are in town! Run!
I think they’re quite lovely if you’re between 1 and 15. Otherwise, barf.
I agree with Jazz. My coworker has a pair of these for her 6-month-old, and they’re just adorable on her.
I actuallr secretly love these. That being said, I think anyone wearing any type of foot wear where these are visible whould be punished with a lifetime of camel-toe causing pants (all white and all denim). But what if you can`t see them? Who really knows what any of us are wearing under our jeans and sneakers?
Secret guilty pleasure for anyone whose mom used to make try on bodysuits at the swtore and see which one fit around our “tummies“ the best.
I would definitely wear these around the house! Then again I have a weird sock love.
BUT NO TOE SOCKS OR RAINBOWS STRIPES!
I was wondering if had misunderstood Comme des Garcons’ clothes!
Hey now! I’m a dancer.
I would wear these instead of the awful dance shoes any day.
