Not just harem pants – twisted crotch harem pants

Harem_pants_2

Because sometimes it’s not enough for your crotch to be low – sometimes you want it to be kinda twisted, too.

These are by Ann Hagen, and, of course, it could just be the angle of the photograph, but I’m suddenly reminded of being a little girl and getting my tights in a twist when I tried to put them on. Thankfully, I have now learned to dress myself, but I think I’ll steer clear of anything that brings back those uncomfortable memories…

Is it me or does the part poking out from the top of the jacket seem to be connected to the harem pants part? Which would make this *ahem* garment a “twisted crotch harem style bottom hooded twisted top jumpsuit”. Let’s hope I’m wrong, eh?

  2. Veronika says:

No, you are right! It is attached to the pants, the horror!!

  3. Ruby says:

Looks like she has a full nappy.
    Talk about toddler wear.

  4. Theresa says:

I can swear I saw these in Zara. GASP

  5. Danielle says:

She looks like something from Dr. Seuss.

  6. Han says:

Danielle, that is a gross mischaracterization of Thoedore Geisel’s work!

  7. Tina says:

I don’t know why but I love this. I love the pants, but I’m not crazy about the scarf connected to them. Perhaps we could find another way to wear it.
