Carla didn’t say where she found this dress, and perhaps that’s just as well because yes, that is the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles you can see there. Yes, on a dress. You know, just like you always wanted…. when you were eight.
Just to make matters worse, the heinous Turtles print has been visited upon a relatively nice dress shape, which just goes to show that bad fashion can happen at any time, to any one. Try not to have nightmares, folks…

I love the turtles, but not THAT much.
My son has that bedset, you’d think if you were taking the time to sew a whole dress, you’d pick a more wearable bed sheet pattern.
At first I glanced at the dress and thought “Hey! without the heinous black lacing on the sides, I might actually pair that with some patent mary jane heels and a matching clutch and go teach kindergarten!” and then I looked again and saw the ninja turtles. And changed my mind.
I thought it was kinda cute.
I might buy it or some of the other dresses on the site.
