If we were going to spend $2,290 on a handbag, it probably wouldn’t be purple. And it probably wouldn’t have the word "small" in its name either. It would be big enough to use every single day in life, and a colour that would work with absolutely everything: that would be the sensible thing to do, you see.
Then again, if we were going to spend $2,290 on a handbag, we probably wouldn’t have to worry about money, therefore "sensible" wouldn’t necessarily be our watchword. In that case, Dior’s small ‘Babe’ shopping tote might do nicely for those days when we don’t have too much to carry, and fancy a little purple something on our arms. Yes indeedy.
I love the shape of this handbag, but I´d prefer it bigger obviously.
this bag does come in a larger size (about 20 inches in width), but i think that one is over $3,000! with that said, i really don’t even like this bag style at all. the metal bracelet handle seems impractical and like it would get annoying to carry after a while. the bag also comes with a detachable flat leather clutch on the inside that you can use by itself in the evening or as a makeup bag.
