When is a dress not a dress? Well, when it’s a skirt and top, like this one – and while we can think of lots of "skirt and bodice" combos that would look great for prom, er, this isn’t one of them. And when it comes to formal wear, we’d suggest that the "flash your boobs OR your legs, not both" rule should be expanded to include the line "and flash your belly button never." Who’s with us?
