Looks as though it came from one of those pamphlets that show items made with only one skein of yarn–and the items are generally inexplicable. Somewhere a lonely tank cover is missing its mate.

Floor covers I can see, because I don’t like to have cold feet when I’m going to the bathroom, and it makes it easier to erm.. clean after men use the toilet, but covers? Never understood them.

We still use those “floor protectors” in America. And this poncho looks like the one i have in my downstairs bathroom.
