Style on Trial: Carrie’s Eiffel Tower handbag by Timmy Woods
Carrie Bradshaw loves it – but then Carrie Bradshaw tends to love a lot of things that those of us who don’t have a starring role in Sex and the City would just scratch our heads at. It’s Timmy Woods ‘Eiffel Tower’ handbag, it’s currently available at Nordstrom for $450, and it’s On Trial here at The Fashion Police. What do you think of this bag? I think it’s darling. Probably not good for a formal event – I don’t think it would quite mesh with formal attire – but, as long as she doesn’t carry it EVERYWHERE, I think it’s cute.

OMG it’s gorgeous! I wish I had that sort of money so that I could *waste* it on this. Not terribly practical for a mum – we love the oversized tote trend for a reason – but sooo fabaroo!
As a general rule I’d have to go against purses shaped like other things. (Anyone remember that rash of purses shaped like corsets? The horror!) I think it usually comes off looking like something an 8th grader would like.
That being said, I think this one is pretty cute and funky.
but the shoes.. oh they are goooorgeous!! i’m in love with her shoes.

sarah jessica parker’s style oozes confidence but doesnt concern itself with being ‘edgy’ or denying womanliness, but rather celebrates it and flaunts it in the most spectacular way and through the most fabulous things
