I bought a pair of white skinny jeans, my first ever, and although I have never been a skinny jean lover (long story short, my ass has its own zip code.) I decided I loved the way they fit. However, probably to many peoples disgusts on this site, I tie dyed them in blues and greens, and now I love them even more! I say go for it.

I have a pair of white skinny jeans which i bought from new look a while ago. I love them because they do look great on even though i don’t have super super skinny legs! but i’ve only worn them once so far because its difficult to find a top and pair of shoes to go with them but saying that i received many compliments the one time i wore them. i shall be wearing them again once i find a top to go with them. =]

I like the idea of them. I’ve even tried a few pairs on, but somehow can never bring myself to buy them. Perhaps they are just for the Liz Hurley’s of the world?
I do have white trousers, so have no problem with the ‘getting mucky’ bit… I think they just look a little silly on me. I am tall and skinny(ish) and have a dark complexion – so judging by the previous comments perhaps I should give it another go?

I’ve never considered white jeans to be “selectively flattering.”
I love mine, but I guess it might be because I’m tall and thin…never considered it.

I don´t like white jeans but yes, I think they would work on super models only.

I think white jeans can work, but only if the woman wearing them is super-skinny and has at least a fairly dark (ah, lame word games) complexion.

I’ve always wanted a pair but I stay true to my blues and blacks really. Partly because I have a “police dog” as well and partly because Im more into dark colors for clothing in general, although I have recently started on the whole bright tops trend and I have a white trench coat and a white mini-skirt..
But like today I went shopping and was looking at white jeans, but they just didnt temp me enough, so instead I bought 6 pieces of black clothing (black trench, a LBD, black jeans …), I know, I have an addiction..
