Actually the only thing i suggest she changes is that shirt, the fit looks weird.
Anyways, skinnies and high-tops are being used A LOT. And A LOT of companies are making high tops.

In San Francisco this look is very in, and has been for the past year or two. I prefer wearing my Onitsuka Tigers with skinnies because they are the only sneaker that makes the foot look elegant enough to wear in a non-gym setting. No other sneaker has a flattering silhouette, so I agree with you partially.

No, definitely not an improvement by any means of the word.
And I like skinny jeans, but not those. What wrong with them? Are they maybe denim print leggings? They’re just horrible.
I can’t believe shoes like that still exist in the modern word. I hope she bought them at a thrift store… I’d hate to think that some shoe company is actually manufacturing those things as we speak!!!! ACK!
