But that said, the dress is hideous. The neckline is major fugly, the crochet-doily look is freaky, and the overall see-through-ness is just plain tacky. I don't know many people who can get away with that kind of halterneck: it always makes for some strange bulging and whatnot in the underarm area, and also makes the wearer's breasts look a bit saggy.
