Fashion Police Poll: How many pairs of jeans do you own?
Over the weekend I decided to reorganise my wardrobe a little, and in doing so I realised that I am the proud owner of eight pairs of jeans – not counting the ones I have stored in the attic, "just in case" I decide I ever want to wear them again.
Actually, of these eight pairs, only about three of them are regularly worn, with the others falling into the category of "old, but I can still wear them around the house" or "I don’t like this cut any more, but I might like it again someday". Still, I have to admit that, because I work from home, I have become a bit of a lazy dresser, and jeans have become something of a default "uniform", it being so easy just to throw a pair on in the morning and forget about them.
I’m in the process of trying to wean myself away from jeans, slowly, but in the meantime, you’ll find a poll after the jump, so do tell: how many pairs do you have?

I have like 8-9 pairs I wear a lot and then a couple that I bought and never fell in love with too much..
3 pair that are in regular rotation – one dark wash long enough for my heels, one dark wash short enough for my flats and a lighter wash pair for Saturday errand running. There are two more pair in the “not fitting quite right these days” category, but fortunately they’re in the “too big” end of not fitting!
I’m awful when it comes to jeans – completely monogamous. I find one pair that I love and wear them to death; every time I get tempted by another pair I feel unfaithful. How do I reassure my original jeans that I still love them just as much? I currently wear a dark blue wide-legged pair that still have a lot of life left in them yet

I have 2 pairs that fit and one that doesn’t.. the ones that fit are about to fall into pieces – I’ve worn almost nothing else for the past year and a half! I love the brand – Trailer – but unfortunately I can’t find it anymore, they closed the store where I used to buy them
Usually it’s really hard for me to find jeans that fit, but there I could go in, find a pair in the right size, and they would automatically fit.
5 – 3 dark blue bootleg, 1 black bootleg, 1 black straightleg
4. I have 3 blue ones I wear often, and 1 gray one I hardly ever wear.
I have 2 pairs of dark bootcuts that I love and make up the regular rotation, 2 pairs of widelegs that don’t get worn as often, and I just lost a beloved pair of dark skinnies. There are some other jeans taking up real estate in the drawer, but most haven’t been worn in AGES – up to 5 years – and probably should go.
I have 3 pairs of jeans.
1 – very old and covered in holes for DIY and gardening only.
2 – my faithful skinnies – these need replacing, but I seem to be very attached to them…
3 – new flared jeans, which I have second thoughts about every time I wear them…
I think I need another pair of skinnies!
I have a pair of Earnest Sewns that are in heavy rotation that I swear by because they are just so insanely flattering.
I also have a pair of Hudsons that have a nice trouser fit so they look a bit dressier.
Have a couple cheap pairs of Abercrombie and Fitches, and a few pairs of BDG jeans from Urban Outfitters when I don’t feel fat.

I have around 7 pairs and I thought that was too much
but most of us does have from 5 to 10 pairs..
I only have one pair of jeans that I wear on a regular basis, one pair that I wear somewhat less often, and four pairs that are sitting in my closet that haven’t been worn for months or years.
I think that I own 20 pairs. I must be crazy, but when I like one, I have to buy it.
