The summer(ish) season makes us want to cast our little black dresses and formal frocks aside and dress up in something cute, brightly coloured and cheerful. If it can have some kind of flower on it, that would help too.
That’s why this little blue strapless dress by Donna Ricco is our Dress of the Day this rainy Monday morning. The colour and cuteness managed to put a smile on our faces even after looking at all of those ugly wedding dresses, and the fact that it’s a fairly reasonable $128 gives us even more reason to smile.
