What to Wear to a Music Festival – If you’re Dita Von Teese…

Here in the UK, going to a music festival usually involves getting out the wellies and waterproofs. In more temperate climates, of course, you get to have a little more fun with your outfit. And if you’re Dita Von Teese, well, you just get to wear whatever the hell you like, but preferably something that makes you look a bit like a 50s pin up girl. Every day is dress-up time for Dita, and don’t we just love her for it! Here she is in a print playsuit, cherry necklace and kicky little hat (plus white umbrella to protect that porcelain skin) at the Coachella Music Festival. And not a pair of wellies in sight…

  1. How do I love Dita? Let me count the ways…
This is the most ‘casual’ I have ever seen her looking, and she’s still lovely.

  2. Wow, I have never seen her this casual! I also don’t think I’ve ever seen her in something that didn’t contain black.
I think the hat is a bit silly and over the top (and makes her look over-accessorized), but I LOOOOVE the idea of bringing back the parasol! I wish I could get away with it.

  3. I also think the hat is too much, though it would be cute with another outfit without such “statement” jewellery. I love the necklace! Think I might try to recreate it at home. And also the shoes are divine and just what I have been looking for all summer-I suppose when you have the lovely Dita’s budget it is much easier to find what you want!

  4. She looks incredible.
I brought my parasol to Coachella too :]
that’s funny that you mention wellies though, it’s quite the opposite there. People get heat exhaustion and pass out.
