Yes, we know this bag isn’t exactly hot off the production line, but Balenciaga’s Studded City Bag has been popular with both celebrities and mere mortals since the day it was issued, which makes us want to know what you all think of it.

For ourselves, pretty much the only thing we don’t like is the price: £930 is a lot to pay for … well, anything, really… even when it’s as slouchy and lovely as this. We love the cracked leather and the kind of rock chick vibe so many of Balenciaga’s handbags manage to convey, but we think we’d have it in black – if someone else was buying.
